Very pleased to announce that Slipcover Like a Pro Class is now available to stream to your phone, tablet or computer.
Make "your own" slipcovers for your upholstered furniture.
This is an opportunity for students 10 through 18 years old, to work on individual sewing projects. After completing an initial project, the students are on their own with guidance from the instructor to choose a project that suits their individual.
The students will work with commercial patterns and learn the terminology and techniques required to successfully complete a project.
Class times: Mon. & Tues. from 4:15-6:15
**You don’t need to sign up for the entire month. With vacation schedules and other added summer activities, it may be tricky to schedule 3 classes in a session.
You have options! You can sign up for 3 dates for $55 (but they don’t need to be consecutive, but need to be in the same month- for example, 2 Tuesdays and 1Monday ), or pay as you go, $20 per two hour class.
*new students pay a $15 registration fee
Learn how easy it is to make an umbrella with Washington Sewing Classes. Pattern, umbrella frame and a pre-cut template are included.
You must bring your own sewing machine and be able to thread and operate it.
Supply sheet with yardage requirements provided upon enrollment.
